This is the iconic pop art poster of Bob Dylan that was included in the 1967 pressing of Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hits LP (Columbia KCS-9463). Poster designed by the great American artist Milton Glaser who passed away on June 26th, 2020. " His 1966 illustration of Dylan, his face a simple black silhouette but his hair sprouting in a riot of colors in curvilinear fashion, put in graphic form the 1960s philosophy that letting your hair fly free was a way to free your mind" (AP obituary). If you look closely at Dylan's sprouting hair you can see the word "E L V I S".
The poster is in great condition with no major flaws and still displaying rich vibrant color. This is originally from the album and so is folded, but there are no tears or splits at the fold junctures, just very minor wear. Only a couple of faint creases. I would grade the poster in Excellent condition!
