Bob Dylan THE BOOTLEG SERIES, VOLUME 4: LIVE 1966 “THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL CONCERT”
CLASSIC RECORDS MASTER TAPE OF RECORD TWO, SIDE ONE
For all you Bob Dylan and/or Classic Records fans, this is a pretty unique item. I purchased this here on eBay during the period in which Classic Records had gone out of business and they were selling off EVERTHING: tons of test pressings, unsold stock, and interesting items like this: The 1/2 inch, 15 Inches Per Second (IPS) MASTER TAPE of Record Two/Side One of the Royal Albert Hall Concert, mastered by audio legend Bernie Grundman!
Record One of the album features the solo "acoustic" portion of the concert, while Record Two features an electrified Dylan with The Hawks (who, of course, would go on to become THE BAND). A legendary concert and tour!
Picture 2 shows a closeup of the track list, along with other information relating to the master tape.
I purchased this item back when I had a notion that I would get into high-end tape playback, and I grabbed the "software" (the tapes) whenever I could, even though I didn't have the "hardware" (the tape player). For both financial and logistical reasons, I never did get a tape player, and so I sold all my Tape Project and Analogue Productions tapes last year here on eBay.
IMPORTANT: Owing to my lack of playback gear, I cannot warrant the condition of the tape. However, I assure you the provenance is absolutely legitimate, that this item is exactly as described, and I have no reason to believe the tape will sound anything less than spectacular.

I literally cannot modify any aspect of the shipping process, and as a buyer all you can do is accept the options eBay provides.

If two LPs are purchased, the buyer pays actual postage and $3 for shipping materials. If three or more LPs are purchased, the buyer pays actual postage and $0 for shipping materials (I will absorb the cost of materials). As the final amount can only be calculated after auctions have ended, I will issue the appropriate refund on the day the LPs are shipped.
