Visual: The record shows signs of its age. Lots of scuffing, nicks, scratches and clearly visible wear.

Play: Plays through with consistent perceptible background noise, pops, and clicks. There's slight flaking at the edge of the disc that doesn't touch the grooves. Disc has slight, almost imperceptible warp/lifting at outermost edge. This is really only evidenced by the up and down movement of the tone-arm when it's playing.
