'Love Me Do' 7inch released 1962 signed by all the 'Fab 4' when they were merely a boy band.
My father-in-law bought this from a record store in Widnes Cheshire(10miles from Liverpool) on his lunch break. As an avid Motown and 'Mersey Beat' fan, and a local Liverpool lad he was a proud and natural lover of the Gerry and the Pacemakers, Cilla Black and of course the Beatles and would buy whatever was hot at the time, having heard them in the Cavern, the Cabin and various other scouse venues. On this occasion they were there in the store signing copies of their first release.
All the signatures are clear John - top left, George - centre, Paul - bottom and Ringo - top right.The record is in great / but used condition and of course it plays as it should, crackle and hiss ever present. On the B -side is PS. I Love You, another early Beatles anthem.
This is a private sale and this copy has not been passed around from collector to collector, it is the Beatles 'first' release and I think it has nice provenance.

The record was signed on or around Oct 6th 1962 in Dawson's Music Store Widnes Cheshire - Father in Law just confirmed, he believes he had a Pork Pie for lunch......:-)
