Released with Odeon labels, in a U.K. cover. The cover has a gold Odeon sticker over the Columbia logo in the bottom center of the back cover

Gold Odeon back cover sticker that says: "Regd. Trade Mark of The Gramophone Co. Ltd."
Black Odeon Records labels with silver text. At the bottom center of the label says: Made in GT Britain.
Text around the bottom of the label starts at 10 o'clock and says:
